Who may order.<\/strong> You need to be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Descriptions and prices.<\/strong> We work hard to publish accurate dimensions, weights, materials and prices, because with furniture those numbers decide whether a purchase is any use at all. Even so, we do not warrant that every listing, photograph, specification or price is free of error. Prices are in United States dollars and can change without notice. Where an item has been listed at a clearly wrong price or with materially wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received a confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How an order works.<\/strong> Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may accept it, decline it, or limit quantities, and a confirmation email is an acknowledgement rather than an acceptance. The contract comes into being when we hand the goods to the carrier. Any order we cancel after payment is refunded in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment.<\/strong> The full amount is taken at checkout through our approved payment provider. By paying you confirm that you are entitled to use the card or account concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Assembly and safe use.<\/strong> Most desks arrive flat packed and most chairs need the base and gas lift fitted. Follow the instructions supplied, tighten all fixings before loading the desk, and observe the stated weight limits for tops, drawers and seats. We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from incorrect assembly, modification, or use beyond a product’s rated capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our content.<\/strong> Text, photography, layout and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or republish them commercially without our written agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fair use of the site.<\/strong> Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, probe it for weaknesses, attempt access to areas that are not public, or enter false details when ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Warranty and disclaimers.<\/strong> Eligible goods carry the 3 year frame warranty described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Beyond what we state expressly there and on the product page, and to the fullest extent the law permits, the site and the goods are supplied as they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Limits on liability.<\/strong> So far as the law allows, BetterWorkSetup is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost work time or lost income. Our total liability on any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the item the claim concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Governing law.<\/strong> These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the state or federal courts sitting in Mineral County, Montana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Changes.<\/strong> We may revise these Terms.
